About The Role Nue is looking for a creative, strategic, and digitally driven content marketing professional. This is more than a marketing role — it’s an opportunity to help shape the voice, digital presence, and growth strategy of our organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love combining creativity with analytics, and want to make a visible impact across digital platforms, social media, branding, recruiting, and customer engagement. This role offers the perfect mix of strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll work directly with leadership, collaborate across departments, leverage cutting-edge AI marketing technologies, and play a key role in elevating the Nue brand nationwide.
- As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll report to our Creative Director to execute high-impact digital and content initiatives.
- Serve as the primary content producer for the Nue brand – owning written, video and creative content from concept through delivery, including scripting, production, editing, and publishing.
- Develop and lead our owned podcast as well as 3rd party placements.
- Develop and execute content strategies that speak to target personas, industries, and communities, while staying tightly aligned to Brand Marketing priorities.
- Create compelling content tailored for CFOs, RevOps, and Sales leaders; manage paid content with third party influencers
- Manage and grow Nue’s social media presence – LinkedIn, YouTube, and whatever comes next. You know what works where, and adapt format, tone, and cadence accordingly.
- Support production of written content across digital articles, email campaigns, social copy, and print collateral – always clear, on-brand, and strategically relevant.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Director and Events Manager, to integrate content across events, paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset – regularly analyze content performance, extract insights, and let the data evolve your approach.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to streamline content creation, reporting, and campaign performance
- 4-6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing role – with a portfolio that shows multi-channel work.
- Channel fluency: you know what performs on LinkedIn vs. YouTube vs. TikTok, email vs blogs; video vs reports, and so on…and you instinctively adapt format, tone, and cadence per platform's audience and algorithm.
- Solid writing chops across formats – social captions, email copy, digital articles, print – with a consistent, compelling brand voice.
- Creative tools fluency: Claude and Figma, or equivalent. You can concept and execute without leaning on external resources for every asset.
- Data-comfortable: you read platform analytics, A/B test thumbnails, copy, and CTAs, and translate engagement and reach metrics into better content decisions.
- Hands-on with AI tools for content ideation, production efficiency, or personalization workflows is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working independently – managing your own production schedule, deadlines, and content calendar in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator: you present concepts, explain creative decisions, and take feedback constructively.
The base pay range for this role is CA$105,000 – CA$135,000 per year.
