Responsibilities:
Write and edit global comms pieces and long-form explainers
Support content for company narratives and milestone stories, connecting content to Binance’s key messages
Bring ideas on narrative angles and story framing
Write and edit product and campaign content, plus CRM/lifecycle copy, against deadlines and briefs
Support and help scale the team’s use of AI tools in content operations and reporting
Support user/community and KOL stories, interviews, and video content
Help with content amplification and repurposing across channels
Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately across formats: blog posts, CRM, campaign copy, video scripts, and more
Help maintain consistency in tone, style, and accuracy across content, in line with team editorial standards
Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, reach), helping build out the team's performance measurement framework
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Native or fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail
Proven content or editorial experience across multiple formats: in-house, agency, publication, or newsroom
Demonstrated versatility: comfortable moving between long-form writing, product/campaign copy, and human-interest storytelling
Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
AI-savvy: comfortable with AI writing/research tools and current on emerging AI trends, with practical ideas on integrating them into content workflows
Comfortable working with performance data (e.g. traffic/engagement dashboards) to inform content decisions
Proactive and reliable, able to own work end-to-end across shifting priorities without close oversight
Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines
Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a distributed, mostly async team
