Unrivaled Sports is building the nation’s most exciting, community-driven youth sports brand—and we’re looking for a contract Graphic Designer who lives and breathes sports culture to join our team. The estimated time per week expected in reach project deliverables is approximately 40 hours per week.

You’ll help execute the visual identity of Unrivaled Sports across every touchpoint, from the digital experience of our world-class venues to the always-on content that keeps millions of athletes and families engaged.

What You’ll Do

  • Social-First Creative: Bring Unrivaled Sports and our portfolio of brands (Ripken Experiences, Rocker B Ranch, Unrivaled Flag, etc.) to life across social assets.

  • Storytelling Through Design: Turn our narratives (community, corporate, venue) into beautiful, effective design assets that add real value to someone’s feed.

  • Print Assets: Provide design polish for high-stakes communications including one-sheets, leave-behinds, and more.

  • Design Toolkits: Build and expand on asset kits for tournaments and seasonal operations, allowing the venue teams to quickly overlay scores or quotes onto branded frames

  • Design System Implementation: Utilize and expand upon existing design systems while maintaining the flexibility to build new components for one-off campaigns or product launches.

  • Motion Graphic Design: Translate our design identities into engaging, moving graphic elements across social and video assets.

Who You Are:

  • Visually Versatile: You can seamlessly switch between visual styles and bring the same kind of design rigor and elevation to a heritage brand and a joyful one. You can design as much for the parents as the 14-year-old scrolling TikTok.

  • A Sports Culture Enthusiast: You love sports and understand the design language of the industry. You pull references from everywhere but understand how to nod to the fans.

  • The Ultimate Collaborator: You’re as comfortable working with Creative Directors as you are with PR specialists and venue operators. You view feedback as a creative tool and can translate a brief into visual reality.

  • Basic Motion Skills: You have the skills to bring static designs to life for social media by creating simple, high-impact motion graphics that drive engagement in a feed, through video, and other digital formats.

  • Comfortable In A Fast-Paced Environment: You’re self-motivated, care about the details, and able to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Rate: Approximately $10,000 / month depending on experience and skillset

  • 3-month contract with option to renew

  • Remote

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (for templatization)
