While no two days are the same, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and preferred vendor terms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure contracts reflect business goals while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risks. You will likewise coordinate with commercial attorneys to identify and mitigate contractual risks, escalating issues for support appropriately and efficiently. You will also improve contract turnaround times to support a fast-paced business. Additionally, you will analyze contract terms to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure contracts and relevant contract data are entered into Shipt’s contract management platform.
- You have a Bachelor's degree, though J.D.'s will be considered
- You have 5+ years of experience in contract management, with an emphasis on contract review and negotiations
- You have a strong understanding of commercial contract law and risk assessment
- You have extensive experience independently revising and negotiating contract language for routine commercial contracts, and maintain attention to detail while managing multiple negotiations at the same time
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including procurement
- You effectively communicate business critical information including complex contract terms, in a clear and concise manner to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- You have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities, while maintaining high standards and responsiveness under pressure
- You have experience managing CLM systems and integrations

$88,000-$176,000All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
