The Role

We are looking for a Contract Pipeline Project Manager to support our ongoing initiatives to strengthen and streamline our client pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing cross-functional projects that touch sales, marketing, and operations.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that our pipeline initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals.

Primary Responsibilities and Deliverables

Project Leadership

  • Manage cross functional projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Be a strategic partner to clients translating business goals into actionable project plan.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned and informed at every step no surprises, no silos.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they become roadblocks.

Workflow Management

  • Own and manage Asana project boards with a deep emphasis on organization.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver results on time and in scope.
  • Comfortably manage 3-6 client accounts at once.

Client Strategy & Communication

  • Support strategic conversations with clients. This role may be asked to serve in an account management capacity for some engagements.
  • Translate campaign insights and performance into actionable next steps.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience preferably in a B2B marketing agency.
  • Fluent in Asana you don't just "know it," you live it.
  • Strong strategic acumen you're not just a PM, you think like an Account Manager and a strategist.
  • Familiarity with campaigns you don't need to build a campaign, but you need to speak the language of paid media, creative, and marketing in general.
  • Excellent communication skills you can tailor your tone to an engineer or a CMO.
  • Exceptional attention to timelines, scope, and quality while remaining flexible when needed.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Background in digital marketing or demand generation.

Benefits

Hours: 20 - 25 hours/month

Location: Remote

Compensation: $35 - $50/hour
