In this role, you will shape and scale subscription experiences that drive value for both customers and the business. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define innovative solutions, run experiments, and continuously improve the subscription lifecycle.

Work/Project Scope:

  • Own the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and retention
  • Define and deliver subscription features (benefits, packaging, pricing) in partnership with Analytics, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments across pricing, promotions, and feature adoption
  • Monitor performance metrics, synthesize customer feedback, and iterate on features to maximize impact

Must Haves (Required Skills):

  • Availability to work at least US East Coast hours (US West Coast hours preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling subscription products, including pricing, packaging, and lifecycle optimization
  • Strong experimentation background, including A/B testing across pricing, promotions, and feature adoption
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and translate user behavior into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple complex workstreams in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or promotion strategy is a plus; familiarity with Upwork as a freelancer or client is a bonus
