Software Engineer (Web application focus) - $30/hr - Preferred if candidate is in commutable location to Binghamton, Rochester - NY
This technical profile refers to a Web software developer. The resource should have deep knowledge of javascript, jsp and web development frameworks. He should also be able to implement software interfaces (web services, data exchange over DB Links, file transfer and file load scripts).
This area requires resources with following capacity:
- Experience of at least 5 years in Web based software development covering all the layers (from user interface with high amount of Javascript, to backoffice with high amount of Java and interaction with Oracle Database). The developer should be proactive in proposing user friendly enhancements and designs making use of new javascript classes. They should be familiar with responsive developments, geo localization features, user interface with high interaction with database, user role control, etc.
- Experience in development frameworks such as AngularJS, Marionette, Backbone will be considered.
- Experience in development frameworks for web development. Experience in source code repository (subversion, GIT).
- The resource should cover the full development process, from design documents, software development, testing go live and support. Proactivity is therefore a key requirement for the candidates.
- Experience in development of interfaces, implementation of web services with deep interaction with the Oracle database. Experience to implement back office interfaces under reliable and high availability environment.
