We’re Hiring: Contract Operations Manager

EdVisorly is hiring a Contract Operations Manager to own our partner facing contract, procurement, and RFP processes and institutional compliance workflows.

As a critical member of our Partnership Operations team, this role operates at the center of Revenue Operations and plays a vital part in enabling scalable growth. It ensures that partner contracts, RFP submissions, institutional onboarding, and compliance requirements are handled with efficiency, rigor, and integrity.

You will serve as the internal point of accountability for monitoring and tracking what we commit to in contracts — and to help EdVisorly become an approved vendor across institutions nationwide.

What You’ll Own

🔹 Contract Management & Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle — from drafting and redlines to execution and storage in a way that improves speed-to-deal-close.

  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with company policies and state regulations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment, reporting, and compliance across all contract and procurement operations.

🔹 Vendor Registrations & Institutional Compliance Support

  • Own every step of vendor onboarding and compliance workflows to ensure EdVisorly becomes an approved supplier for prospective and current partner institutions.

  • Coordinate institutional documentation including W-9s, insurance certificates, POs, payment details, and vendor portal requirements

  • Track state business registrations, renewals, and filing deadlines in partnership with Legal and leadership to support deal closure

🔹 RFP Coordination

  • Coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, and related documentation.

  • Ensure submissions meet all compliance, formatting, and deadline requirements.

  • Collaborate across teams to gather technical, pricing, and legal inputs.

  • Improve systems and processes by optimizing tools, automation, and SOPs for greater efficiency and consistency.

You Might Be a Fit If…

✅ 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, revenue operations, or higher-ed business operations
✅ Skilled in contract development and oversight, operational organizational across multiple multiple contracts, and cross-functional contract execution
✅ Familiar with institutional procurement, vendor requirements, and RFP response processes

✅ You’re highly organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and excel at managing multiple priorities.
✅ You’re proficient in Google Workspace, CRM, and contract management tools like Hubspot or DocuSign.
✅ You’ve worked in higher education, SaaS, or have a paralegal or project management background
