About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Delivery Lead (Digital Products) to support delivery execution across Fargo and related digital servicing capabilities. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, coordinating work across product, technology, experience design, and risk partners, and ensuring work is delivered with quality, clarity, and predictability.
The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in orchestrating delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies and risks, maintaining delivery plans and roadmaps, and providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership. This role focuses on delivery ownership and execution leadership rather than individual feature development.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a trusted delivery and business execution advisor to leadership, providing clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making.
  • Lead delivery planning and execution for complex, enterprise-scale digital initiatives, driving alignment across product, technology, experience design, risk, and business partners.
  • Own delivery strategy and resolution of complex challenges, applying strong analytical rigor to translate ambiguity into actionable plans and long-term solutions.
  • Drive execution of digital programs and initiatives with broad enterprise impact, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple teams and lines of business.
  • Lead cross-functional forums, including team meetings and steering committees, to facilitate decisions, remove obstacles, and support successful implementation.
  • Influence outcomes across a matrixed organization, partnering with leaders and teams without direct authority to drive progress and accountability.
  • Provide clear direction to cross-functional teams, leveraging business and delivery expertise to ensure alignment to goals, priorities, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and influence digital strategies related to product, functionality, and experience, with a focus on delivery feasibility, execution readiness, and risk awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with peers, colleagues, and senior leaders to resolve issues, achieve shared goals, and continuously improve delivery execution.
  • Support multiple initiatives concurrently and serve as a peer mentor or delivery leader as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital delivery or project management experience, including exposure to AI or automation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of experience working with technology teams to build and launch products in market
  • Experience supporting or leading enterprise- or divisional-level strategic planning efforts, large-scale transformation programs, or business execution initiatives within complex, regulated organizations, preferably in financial services or adjacent industries.
  • Ability to lead high-impact initiatives across multiple lines of business, influencing outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, with experience translating ambiguous problems into clear, executable delivery plans.
  • Proven project execution skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency and risk management, and delivering against tight timelines.
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to or leading enterprise-level strategic planning, transformation, or execution programs within large, complex organizations, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Working familiarity with Generative AI and agentic AI concepts, including the ability to evaluate business use cases through a risk, controls, and governance lens (e.g., model risk, data privacy, regulatory expectations), and to partner effectively with technology, risk, and legal stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
