About BROADMIND
We're not just building neurotechnology, we're building a movement. At BROADMIND, we’re reimagining how humans connect with machines through non-invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces. We're a team of curious, obsessed, future-driven minds creating tools that will shape the next frontier of interaction.

We're still early, and that's the magic. This is your chance to shape not just a role, but an entire department. To influence a culture, a product, and maybe even an industry. We’re looking for people who care so deeply about what they do, they’d still do it if money weren’t a thing. Artists at their craft. Builders with vision.

The Role
As COO, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, part strategist, part executor, part builder. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and other C-level leaders to turn bold ideas into grounded systems. You’ll define what “operations” even means here and lead with a hands-on mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-create and implement operational strategies that bring our vision to life

  • Build the systems that let our team thrive, from remote workflows to scalable processes

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all the regions we operate

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the team toward key milestones

  • Analyze internal and external data to guide decisions and performance

  • Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion possibilities

  • Collaborate with legal counsel to manage contracts and mitigate risks

  • Lead contract negotiations with key partners and stakeholders

  • Shape company culture by fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability

  • Work side-by-side with some of the most passionate minds in neurotech

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred)

  • You have at least 5–8 years of experience in operations, strategy, or executive management — ideally in a tech startup, deep tech, or hardware-focused company

  • You’ve scaled a team or company before and have a strong understanding of what growth truly requires

  • You’re equally comfortable in spreadsheets, strategy calls, and onboarding docs

  • You’re experienced in legal compliance, contract negotiation, and building operational frameworks from scratch

  • You see chaos as opportunity. You build order without killing creativity

  • You’re energized by the idea of helping build something that might change lives

  • You think long-term, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty today

  • You know leadership isn’t about status; it’s about service

This Might Be For You If...

  • You’d do this even if no one paid you

  • You believe a COO can be both operational and visionary

  • You want to help shape the core of a company and grow into a legacy-defining role

  • You thrive in ambiguity and live for the zero-to-one phase

  • You’re not looking for a job. You’re looking for the mission
