Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of talent marketing leadership, agents, clients and client service team members and to accomplish client related sales, marketing and account operations. This includes sales, branding, accounts receivable, PR, charitable endeavors, and social media management. Participation in new business development efforts such as prospecting sales leads and marketing material development. Provide high-level administrative support for the SVP, Talent Marketing, Team Sports including organizing, scheduling, and coordinating administrative activities.
What You’ll Do:
- High focus on sales, client service, networking and market research; responsible for prospecting, outbound sales calls and pitches for both NIL and professional clients
- Establish brand, agency and media relationships that lead to brand partnerships, barter relationships and high-end gifting opportunities
- Create branding and marketing materials for current Wasserman Client roster
- Assist marketing leadership with managing relationships with existing partners; ensures the client’s contracts are fulfilled; approves marketing and advertising materials.
- Assist with the development of client content, which includes PR efforts, along with sourcing and negotiating content and media deals under the supervision of VP, Talent Marketing
- Handle logistics leading up to and throughout major events, including bowl games, draft, Pro Bowl, and Super Bowl
- Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate account receivables, department databases and generate reports as required, including through Salesforce.
- Manage incoming queries for clients and provide regular updates to agents and client service representatives
- Monitors client competitions to keep up-to-date on client careers
- Meets both personal and department goals set by talent marketing leadership
- Contribute to partnership development in other sport verticals and with non-football clients when applicable
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (sports management, sales, marketing business administration, comm., or finance a plus).
- Must be customer service focused to provide the best possible support to clients and internal team members.
- Requires considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to prospect and research marketing partnerships on behalf of the clients
- Requires a passion for sports and business
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong understanding of social/digital media
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to interact with people of all demographics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Requires self-management and project management abilities
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships internally and externally
- Ability to anticipate problems and manage expectations

Base salary range: $50K-70,304, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
