Copilot Power Apps Consultant

We’re looking for a client-facing Copilot Power Apps Consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate complex business needs into AI-powered, no-code solutions.
This role requires someone who is not only technically strong but also confident in presenting to client stakeholders, leading workshops, and driving conversations that shape digital transformation.
Hard Skills (must-have):
Microsoft Dynamics (preferably Dynamics Design Concepts/CRM)
Copilot Studio (hands-on) & AI understanding
Power Apps
Leadership + Consulting experience
What You’ll Do
Design and prototype custom Power Apps infused with Copilot and AI capabilities.
Lead workshops, design sprints, and presentations to engage stakeholders and co-create solutions.
Deliver proof-of-concepts and guide clients on adoption of Power Platform and AI best practices.
Apply human-centered design to ensure intuitive, impactful user experiences.
Stay ahead with the latest in Microsoft AI ecosystem, Copilot, and Gemini.
Must Have
Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure and Dataverse (preferred).
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to advise at all levels.
Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
Self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously in fast-moving projects.
Solid grasp of AI Copilot and Generative AI integration in real-world applications.
Nice to Have
Background in software development or related technical fields.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and integration methods.
Exposure to Google Gemini, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI trends.
Consulting or digital transformation experience across industries.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
