Type: Full-time
Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on location)
Department: Marketing (working closely with Sales and Product)

We’re looking for a full-time Copywriter who can turn complex topics into clear, persuasive, high-converting messaging—without hype. You’ll write across the funnel: from awareness content to sales enablement assets that help close deals faster.

What You’ll Do
  • Write and optimize copy for key marketing and sales assets: landing pages, service pages, email sequences, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies.

  • Create thought-leadership content: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, webinar/video scripts.

  • Support offer packaging and positioning: translate strategy into sharp value propositions and messaging by segment.

  • Refresh and improve existing materials: clarity, structure, tone, and conversion—based on feedback and performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and business alignment.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting/content marketing (B2B is a strong plus).

  • Strong English writing skills: clear, structured, concise, and conversion-minded.

  • Ability to write in multiple formats and tones while staying on-brand.

  • Comfort with edits and iteration: you optimize for outcomes, not ego.

  • Strong research instincts and the ability to quickly learn new domains.

  • Ability to work with briefs, deadlines, and a structured content process.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare/medical billing, RCM, credentialing, compliance, or health tech (big plus).

  • Understanding of funnels, conversion principles, and messaging frameworks (JTBD, ICP-based positioning).

  • Proven impact (examples where copy improved conversion, generated leads, or supported sales).

What You’ll Get
  • Full-time role with long-term collaboration (not one-off assignments).

  • Clear priorities, structured briefs, and regular feedback.

  • Direct access to internal experts and source materials—so you’re not guessing.

  • Growth path toward Lead Copywriter / Content Strategist.

  • Competitive compensation (base + performance component—discussed during interviews).

Hiring Process
  • Intro call

  • Short practical test assignment (focused and reasonable)

  • Final interview

To apply: send your CV and 3–5 relevant writing samples (landing pages, email sequences, case studies, sales materials preferred). Include a short note on what you’ve written in B2B and any healthcare-related experience.
