Title: Corporate Assistant Controller 

Job Duties: Partner with leadership to implement technology solutions, streamline accounting processes, strengthen controls, and improve organizational efficiency and reporting.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience leading, mentoring, and developing accounting teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$170,000$200,000 USD
