We are seeking a strong, well rounded leader who works well cross functionality to shape and execute our strategic efforts around M&A, Venture Capital, and Corporate Business Development activities:
Responsibilities
  • Drive M&A and Venture Capital strategy in partnership with senior corporate and subsidiary leadership, including opportunity identification and prioritization.
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and due-diligence efforts for M&A, VC, and partnership opportunities, assessing strategic fit, financial value, and integration requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams through diligence, deal execution, operational assessment, and post-deal integration planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target company executives while regularly scanning markets for new business and technology opportunities.
  • Prepare acquisition proposals, validate financial models, and deliver strategic recommendations and presentations to executives and key collaborators.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 10+ years of progressive experience in M&A, Venture Capital, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation, and strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading transaction processes, conducting due diligence, and performing independent business and strategic assessments.
  • Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capability with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • International education or professional experience outside the U.S.
  • Background in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise judgment, discretion, initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$165,000.00 - $344,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
