About the Opportunity
Atlassian's Corporate Finance team is looking to fill multiple high-impact roles. We are currently recruiting roles for two teams that have distinct focuses, and all are instrumental in shaping Atlassian's financial future: driving the company's long-range planning (LRP), annual planning, and ongoing forecasting processes. In joining the team, you will play a key role in delivering insights and recommendations that influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

• Corporate Revenue: Focuses on bookings, billings, revenue, and RPO modeling
• Corporate FP&A: Leads monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights

Both teams offer the chance to drive process improvement, elevate performance, and deliver reporting and analysis for the Executive team, CFO, Board, and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytics to inform business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready financial reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership and the Board.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to support Atlassian's growth and scalability.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and support business objectives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and rigor in all financial outputs.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Corporate Finance team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for solving complex business problems.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver high-quality, executive-level outputs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone B: $124,200 - $162,150
Zone C: $114,300 - $149,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
