As a Communications Specialist at NinjaOne , you will play a key role in supporting our global public relations program and helping tell NinjaOne's story to IT leaders and MSPs around the world. This role is ideal for an early-career communications professional who is highly organized, passionate about writing, and who has a get stuff done attitude. You'll work closely with the Director of Corporate Communications and our global PR teams to drive media coverage, support product and company announcements, manage awards programs, assist with reporting, thought leadership content, and more. This role blends strong writing skills with operational excellence - helping ensure our communications engine is firing on all cylinders across regions.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, *IL, KS , OR, TN, TX, & WA.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 per year.

What You'll be Doing
- Support execution of NinjaOne's global PR strategy across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC
- Draft and edit award submissions, speaking abstracts, media commentary, and articles, and more
- Help manage and expand our corporate awards program, including research, submissions, and tracking
- Coordinate with regional PR agencies and internal stakeholders to support media outreach and campaign execution
- Assist with product launch communications, customer announcements, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support executive communications, including messaging development and media preparation materials
- Maintain reporting dashboards and track media coverage, share of voice, and program performance
- Help manage speaking opportunities and industry event submissions
- Provide operational support to ensure deadlines, approvals, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B tech communications or at a public relations agency
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Exceptional writing and editing skills - you enjoy writing and are eager to improve your craft
- You hold yourself to a high standard and welcome feedback as a tool for growth
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Interest in enterprise technology, IT, or cybersecurity industries
- Strong collaborator who works well across marketing, product, and executive teams
- You have grit and are a self-motivated learner who thrives in a high-performance environment, and you take pride in your work
- BA/BS degree preferred, but not required - we value diverse backgrounds
