About the role:

The Receptionist will work alongside a well-selected team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, ensuring phone calls are properly directed, greeting guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating overnight mail shipments and assisting with various administrative duties.  The successful applicant will have direct day-to-day contact with our clients; therefore, will need outstanding communication skills, a great attitude, and the ability to leave a consistent positive impression with each and every interaction.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

•    Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate extension or provide requested information
•    Act as first point of contact for in-person visitors
•    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages via express mail services
•    Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies
•    Order, receive, stock, and maintain kitchen areas including snacks, beverages, and paper goods
•    Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
•    Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

As a candidate you must have:

•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Three plus years experience in a business environment, including high volume switchboard
•    Proficient in both PC and iOS systems and related software
•    Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service

•   Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis

•    Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
