We are currently seeking 2nd to 7th year associate candidates to support our Corporate Practice Group’s public company securities practice. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of public company securities work (’33 Act and ’34 Act) along with transactional and governance matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing.  Candidates must have excellent credentials from a top law school, be licensed to practice in their home office.  Available positions are for any of the following office locations: Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Seattle, Portland, Scottsdale, Salt Lake City, Denver, Atlanta or Nashville.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $170,000 - 230,000 per year. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice, experience and performance.
