About us

The Global Outsourced Procurement function is responsible for managing commercial relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint/Original Design Manufacturers (JDM/ODM), driving procurement engineering for key categories, and overseeing commercial costing to maximize value throughout the product lifecycle.

About the role

The Costing Manager will support cost management and analysis for business operations, driving data-driven insights, improving costing processes, and enabling digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capability, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to process optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost analysis and variance reviews to support pricing, sourcing, and profitability decisions.

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost models, forecasts, and dashboards to improve visibility into product and operational costs.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.

  • Implement digitization initiatives, such as automation tools, dashboard reporting, and workflow optimization, to enhance accuracy and productivity.

  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to streamline costing procedures and strengthen internal controls.

  • Contribute to finance transformation projects focusing on data quality, system integration, and analytics enhancement.

About you
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or finance digitization projects.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
