*** This position is tentatively set to start on August 3, 2026 ***Position Summary:

The Count Team Manager is responsible for supervising the count and drop team staff, protecting the Company's assets, and accounting for all funds related to the validator cans in slots, pit games drop and all other gaming operations pursuant to the minimum internal control standards (MICS). Responsibilities also include ensuring that all TGC procedures and Company policies are followed, and providing accounting with the appropriate paperwork, which provides the slot and games revenue information. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will directly report to the VP of Finance. 

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
  • Ensure that the work is done in a timely manner, which includes participating in the count.
  • Ensure that money is sorted by denomination and totals are verified to slot accounting system.
  • Ensure compliance with the system of internal controls, gaming regulations, and minimum internal control standards (MICS) to ensure departmental procedures are followed and any discrepancies are documented.
  • Prepare in a timely and accurate fashion all paperwork that is turned in daily to accounting including but not limited to daily win/loss reports.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies.
  • Responsible for supervising the count team staff.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Strong mathematical skills with and without a calculator.
  • Ability to use a computer and other data processing equipment, high-volume and low-volume currency counters, printer, photocopier, calculator, and other adding machines.
  • Ability to use a 10‐key by touch.
  • Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.
  • Flexible working hours and schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college-level coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Count Team Attendant with (1) year supervisory experience required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
  • All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
  • Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions. Pushing and pulling needed with carts.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to bend, carry, climb, crawl, crouch, grasp, kneel, lift, pull, push, reach, sit, stand, or stoop during or for the duration of their shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
Work Conditions:

Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests. Work includes the maintenance and care of the assigned work area. Work is typically performed in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Work is in a high volume, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
