About the Role

We are partnering with an international financial services organisation seeking a Country Head – Asia to lead regional expansion, drive commercial growth, and build high-performing partner networks across key Asian markets.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on market development, client acquisition, and scaling regional operations. The successful candidate will act as the senior commercial representative for Asia, overseeing revenue growth, team performance, and long-term market positioning.

The role offers significant autonomy and direct impact on regional success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies aligned with global objectives

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to accelerate client acquisition and partner growth

  • Recruit, train, and manage a regional commercial team with clear KPIs and revenue targets

  • Build and strengthen relationships with affiliates, partners, and key industry stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to drive regional campaigns

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics including revenue, deposits, client activity, and partner engagement

  • Ensure accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and regional forums

  • Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership

Required Profile
  • 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, financial services, or trading environments

  • Proven experience managing regional partner or affiliate networks

  • Strong leadership background managing small-to-medium commercial teams

  • Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue growth across international markets

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong KPI-driven focus

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)

  • Mandarin proficiency considered a strong advantage

  • Based in Asia with willingness to travel regionally
