What You’ll Do (or Could Do)
This role is intentionally open-ended. You tell us what your superpower is and how you’ll apply it at Delve. Some examples:

• Build AI-native workflows that help the fastest-growing startups pass audits without lifting a finger

• Redesign the way humans interface with regulatory frameworks using automation and intelligence

• Lead strategic initiatives that scale our GTM motion 10x faster than the market

• Close complex deals with CISOs and CTOs by deeply understanding their security stack

• Architect systems that process millions of records securely and reliably

• Define how we scale policy development, risk management, and evidence collection across thousands of customers

• Partner directly with founders on product strategy, customer acquisition, or operations

You’ll work side-by-side with a high-caliber team across functions—and be trusted to move fast, own problems, and drive outcomes.
