Creatio Technical Consultant — CRM & Digital Transformation
Remote | Europe
Similar titles: CRM Technical Architect · Creatio Developer · CRM Solutions Architect

About the Role
Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We are Creatio's Premier Partner for Banks and Credit Unions and Creatio CRM is at the core of what we build.
We're looking for a Technical Consultant who knows the platform deeply and can own the technical layer of complex implementations end-to-end. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will architect solutions, lead integrations, and work directly with client IT teams.

Note on schedule: The role is completely remote, but our clients are based in North America, so EST timezone alignment is expected.

What You'll Do
* Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements
* Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems — ensuring clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience
* Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders — bridging the gap between IT and business
* Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards
* Contribute to SM's internal knowledge base and participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums

What We're Looking For
Must-haves
* Creatio CRM Developer Certification (mandatory)
* 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations
* Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge — architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns
* Strong client-facing communication skills — written and verbal in English
* Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
* Comfortable working in EST-aligned hours
Strong advantages
* Financial services domain experience (banking, credit unions, insurance)
* Active participation in the Creatio community
* Full project lifecycle experience — from discovery and design through go-live and support
Why Solutions Metrix
* Creatio-first environment — this is not a firm where Creatio is one of twenty platforms. It is what we are built around.
* Complex, meaningful work — North American banks and credit unions with real transformation needs, not simple CRM rollouts
* Senior exposure — boutique firm means you work directly with clients and decision-makers, not through layers of project hierarchy
* Continuous learning — we actively support certifications, community involvement, and professional development
* Fully remote, flexible — you manage your day within EST alignment
Benefits
* Competitive, above-market compensation
* Flexible working hours
* Completely remote work schedule
* Paid time off
* Medical and dental insurance
* Tuition reimbursement
* Company equipment
* Diverse and inclusive team culture
