Title: Creative Account Manager

Location: Remote US

Reports To: Vice President of Account Management

Compensation: $65,000-70,000 base salary and 15% incentive based compensation.  OTE $75,000-90,000

What You’ll Do: 

The Creative Account Manager is a relationship-builder— someone who  connects with clients, understands their goals, and helps bring thoughtful gifting ideas to life. This role blends sales, creative thinking, and great client service to make sure every project starts off strong and stays on track.

Account Managers do more than manage the day-to-day project execution — they guide the early planning stages, make sure the client’s needs are clear, the right teams are looped in, and ensure everyone’s set up to do great work. They’re our clients  main point of contact and internal teams alike, keeping communication smooth and spotting opportunities to grow the partnership.  

As a trusted gifting advisor, you’re responsible for uncovering new gifting opportunities with clients, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every gifting initiative is set up to deliver revenue, margin, and long-term success.

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients — cultivating strong relationships through regular touch points and consultative guidance
  • Consistently meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals
  • Manage a wide variety of clients, effectively adapt and prioritize various clients needs
  • Cultivates client relationships with regular touch points, sharing new gifting opportunities and company offerings
  • Lead client projects from initial concept to approval and final revenue using a consultative sales approach and proven relationship-building strategies
  • Manages escalations with urgency and empathy to maintain client trust and satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and act as a the primary liaison between internal stakeholders– effectively communicating and balancing resources
  • Demonstrates expertise in pitching, selling, and guiding the implementation process
  • Produces consistent, creative direction to the creative team to execute Lookbooks and programming briefs
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales or account management
  • Proven track record owning revenue targets — growing a book of business while protecting margins and forecasting effectively.
  • Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to appropriate communication channel based on audience and message
  • Tech savvy - working experience with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, ticketing system like Front is a plus
  • A mindset of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable and confident in a variety of client-facing scenarios
  • Comfortable owning a revenue goals and managing a book of business with growth expectations
  • Understands how to identify upsell opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Proactive in spotting churn risks and developing strategies to retain and grow client accounts
