Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

Vision

To drive project execution with clarity, collaboration, and innovation, consistently delivering meaningful impact and excellence in every C&D project.

Norms and Behaviors

  • Trust through open and transparent communication.
  • Accountability for delivering dependable outcomes.
  • Embracing change as an opportunity for innovation.
  • Continuous learning and improvement as a pathway to success.
  • Fostering collaboration that empowers shared achievement.

What a C&D PM Is:

  • A leader of teams and projects.
  • An efficient and timely manager of schedules, deliverables and resource allocation.
  • An expert in Creative & Design and company-wide processes.
  • An owner of project scope, a facilitator of collaboration, and a driver of project completion.
  • A manager of AI assistants and agents, leveraging tools to simplify and expedite tasks, allowing the team to focus on strategic, high-value contributions.

What a C&D PM Is Not:

  • Creative or Design Practitioner: PMs facilitate processes but do not make creative/ design/ technical decisions, we leave these decisions for the subject matter experts in each of the respective  areas.
  • Reactive Administrators: PMs focus on proactive planning and workflow optimization to drive long-term goals, rather than simply tracking tasks or reacting to issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management Excellence (Managing the Process)

End-to-End Workflow Management:

  • Oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth hand-offs at every stage.
  • Use dashboards and weekly updates to provide real-time visibility of progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Consolidate meeting notes, feedback, and action items within 24 hours for streamlined execution.

Effective Collaboration & Communication:

  • Facilitate feedback resolution, decision-making, and resource alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Create shared communication channels (e.g., Slack, Google Drive repositories) and organize regular team meetings.
  • Conduct feedback-driven discussions (e.g., sprint retrospectives, SWOT analysis).
  • Standardize formats to avoid cultural misinterpretations in global collaborations.

Operational Coordination:

  • Engage C&D Operations for contractor/vendor needs and support project-specific challenges with functional leads.
  • Leverage RACI charts and Asana for role clarity and collaboration across global teams.

2. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (Managing Collaboration and Influence)

Workflow Alignment:

  • Coordinate and align workflows and deliverables across Creative, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure that schedules within the Product Lifecycle (PLC) are proactively managed and enterprise-wide communications are clearly tracked and prioritized.

Proactive Influence & Strategic Synthesis:

  • Drive requirement-setting processes to influence timelines and objectives early in the project lifecycle.
  • Bridge gaps between disciplines by aligning Industrial Design (ID), Color, Materials & Finishes (CMF) selections, and New Unique Designs (NUDs).
  • Translate project challenges and trade-offs into clear, objective options to support informed, high-level decision-making.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Navigate and resolve resource-related conflicts, deadlines, and priority differences between functional leads and discipline heads.
  • Foster consensus-building to align on the project scope and ensure outcomes meet business expectations.

Communication & Decision Facilitation:

  • Enable clear, efficient communication and feedback resolution across global stakeholders.
  • Maintain robust channels for decision-making to ensure timely resolutions that keep the project on track.

3. Process Development

  • Map and continuously refine workflows to align with strategic objectives and organizational needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Maintains a steady demeanor in high-volume, multi-project environments, balancing multiple stakeholders and competing demands with ease.
  • Highly collaborative, fostering a cooperative environment across diverse working styles and perspectives, both within and beyond the Creative & Design (C&D) team.
  • Skilled at navigating conflicting feedback on milestones and deliverables, synthesizing it into aligned and actionable decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of how high-quality, consistent data inputs drive accurate dashboard outputs and successful project outcomes.
  • Capable of understanding and articulating big-picture workflows and processes, while breaking them down into clear, intuitive, and efficient schedules and milestones.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to discern when detailed task management is necessary versus when a broader focus is more effective.
  • A clear and succinct communicator, adept at navigating cultural nuances and differences across globally distributed teams.
  • Emotionally intelligent, adept at motivation, conflict resolution, and fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Proficient with AI tools and processes, including the ability to set up and manage teams of AI assistants and agents to support workflows.
