About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to support the creative and marketing needs of our social casino brand. You'll create engaging promotional assets across a range of digital channels, helping bring campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal promotions to life while maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand identity.

This role involves designing promotional banners, email creatives, social media content, CRM assets, push notifications, offer artwork, and other digital marketing materials that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality promotional banners and campaign artwork for offers, tournaments, events, and seasonal promotions.

  • Create creative assets for CRM, including email banners, push notifications, in-app messages, and promotional communications.

  • Produce engaging content for social media, paid advertising, web, and landing pages.

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative assets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver creative aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Adapt creative across multiple formats and placements while maintaining quality and consistency.

  • Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organize design files, templates, and creative assets using a structured workflow.

  • Apply feedback efficiently and contribute ideas that improve campaign performance and player engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing promotional, digital marketing, and campaign creative.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Experience creating motion graphics and animated marketing assets.

  • Proficiency with Figma and knowledge of AI-powered node based creative tools.

  • Experience designing promotional banners, email creatives, social media assets, display ads, and campaign artwork.

  • Strong understanding of social casino promotions, player engagement, and marketing best practices.

  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
