CrazyLabs is a global leader in mobile gaming with 7B+ downloads. We’re looking for a Creative Lead to guide the creative vision for our top hybrid-casual and casual games and lead a talented team of motion and design experts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
- Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
- Drive high-performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
- Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
- Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
- Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions
- Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
- Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
- Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
- Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English

- Motion design background- nice to have
