We're looking for an innovative and highly organized Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of creative projects for KeyMik and our agency clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all creative work is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and delivers measurable results.
The Creative Manager oversees the planning, production, and delivery of creative assets across digital, print, video, social media, advertising, events, and branded content. This role manages designers, copywriters, video editors, photographers, and other creative professionals while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and brand excellence.
The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and an operational leader who can balance artistic vision with project management and business objectives.
Creative Leadership
Lead the creative vision for KeyMik and agency clients.
Develop innovative concepts and creative campaigns.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.
Approve final creative assets before publication.
Manage creative projects from concept to delivery, including:
Marketing campaigns
Social media content
Paid advertising
Website graphics
Landing pages
Sales presentations
Event branding
Email campaigns
Digital publications
Promotional materials
Brand identity projects
Develop project timelines, assign resources, manage priorities, and ensure on-time delivery.
Lead and mentor creative professionals, including:
Graphic Designers
Motion Graphic Designers
Video Editors
Content Creators
Copywriters
Photographers
Videographers
UI/UX Designers (as applicable)
Freelance Creatives
Conduct creative reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
Review designs, videos, copy, and campaigns for quality and accuracy.
Maintain and update brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Head of Brand Management on creative direction.

to develop creative solutions that support business objectives and client success.
Manage relationships with freelance creatives, production vendors, printers, and agencies.
Oversee creative budgets and production schedules.
Ensure quality and cost efficiency across outsourced projects.
Stay current with creative trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
Introduce new design techniques, workflows, and automation tools.
Measure creative performance using engagement, conversion, and campaign metrics.
Continuously improve creative processes and team efficiency.
RequirementsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of experience in creative design, advertising, branding, or content production.
2+ years of experience leading creative teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across multiple formats.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a marketing or creative agency.
Experience working with creator and influencer campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
Experience managing remote creative teams.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
