Hi! We are Liven. We develop a global ecosystem of products that help people help people switch off emotional autopilot and build a better relationship with themselves.

Liven app helps 5M users build a deeper relationship with themselves. It’s a space for self-exploration through AI coaching, mood trackers, sound practices and bite-sized learning.

Liven is a company for the curious. We are driven by curiosity — an inner need to ask questions, dig deeper, and never stop in the face of the unknown. We are passionate about creating products and solutions that truly help. Our entire culture of experimentation exists to find better ways to support and guide people on their self-discovery journey.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager at Liven to help build the next generation of creative production. Performance marketing is changing faster than ever. A few years ago, the competitive advantage was buying media better than everyone else. Then it shifted to making better creatives. Today, the advantage belongs to companies that can build AI-native creative systems.

At Liven, AI is already at the core of how we work. Our goal isn’t simply to make creatives faster. We’re rebuilding the entire creative production system from research and ideation to testing, iteration, and scaling. This role is for someone excited by that challenge.

If you’re excited by building a system that consistently discovers and scales winning ideas, we’d love to talk.

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
  • Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.

  • Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.

  • Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale new creative concepts.

  • Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, generate actionable insights to optimize and improve results continuously.

  • Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
  • Is naturally curious. You spend your free time analysing great advertising, following creators, reading Reddit threads, exploring new AI tools and trying to understand why people behave the way they do.

  • Thinks in systems. You don’t optimise individual creatives. You optimise the machine that produces them.

  • Analytical thinking. You know that great advertising isn’t magic. It’s strong consumer insights, great storytelling, relentless testing and fast iteration.

  • Uses AI as a thinking partner. AI isn’t another tool in your stack. It’s part of how you research, write, analyse, create and make decisions.

  • Learns faster than the market changes. Your biggest advantage is your ability to adapt faster than everyone else.

💪🏻What will you enjoy most about being at Liven?
  • Culture of Curiosity: a place for explorers who embrace the unknown and achieve stellar results even when there’s no playbook.

  • Growth through Impact: your professional evolution is directly tied to the value you bring to the product and the business.

  • Global Impact: develop a product that supports the mental well-being of millions of users worldwide every day.

  • Trust and Ownership: the freedom to act, coupled with high responsibility for the outcome.

  • Expert Community: access to professional clubs, specialized training, a knowledge base, and a library for your continuous learning.

  • Space for Focus: autonomous offices in Kyiv and Warsaw with breakfasts, lunches, lounge areas, walking pads, and massage chairs.

  • Sports Community: a running club, yoga, boxing, rock climbing, and functional training to keep you energized.

  • Medical Insurance and a stable social package.

  • Well-being Program: We care about the mental health of our team as much as we care about our users.

  • Support during the war: we provide conditions for stable work and contribute to Ukraine's recovery together.

Still on Day 1: A Constant Expedition

We’ve reached a scale we’re proud of, but inside, we keep the "Day 1" spirit — constantly asking questions, testing hypotheses, and adapting to new contexts. If you are driven by new challenges and want to empower the team with your vision, let’s connect.
