We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to help us expand our product globally.

Why is this interesting?
  • Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche

  • High level of ownership and autonomy

  • Fast experimentation environment — ideas move quickly from concept to launch

Your responsibilities:
  • Developing hypotheses and testing creative concepts across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok)

  • Scaling winning concepts and opening new testing directions, including funnels and acquisition

  • Conducting creative and competitive analysis of the market, trends, audience behavior, and best practices

  • Analyzing test results (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS), iterating, and generating new hypotheses

  • Preparing clear briefs for designers and following creative through to the final result

  • Close collaboration within the team with AI Content Creators, UAM and PMM: brainstorming ideas, forming hypotheses, analyzing results

  • Cross-team collaboration with product and analytics teams

Your skills:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketing Manager, or in a related role

  • Understanding of how performance marketing works — you read data and enjoy marketing metrics

  • Analytical approach to decision-making — able to analyze large volumes of data and draw conclusions from it

  • A rare mix of creative and analytical thinking — you can generate strong creative ideas while staying structured, systematic, and metrics-driven

  • A clear view of what "success" looks like for your creatives: you track success rate and unicorn-rate of your creatives and can speak to concrete numbers

  • Proven track record creating creatives on Meta, TikTok, and launching ideas that deliver measurable results

  • Experience creating UGC and storytelling content, plus writing copy that drives action

  • Practical, hands-on experience using AI in your workflow — for competitor research, brief writing, ad variation generation, and creative analysis

  • Experience developing creative strategy and scaling creatives, ideally including launching creatives for new markets (competitor research, hypothesis testing, and understanding when to kill an underperforming market) will be a huge plus

How we get things done?

Remote-first, but ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone

How do we unwind?

We offer our team 20 days of paid vacation (we’re flexible with days off :))

What do we offer?
  • A fast-growing product company where you are a key part of our success

  • Competitive salary

  • Therapy on Mindly

  • A strong team of A-players

Candidate journey:
  • Screening interview with Recruiter

  • Interview with CMO

  • Final Interview with co-founders

  • Offer 🎉

Our values:
  • Honesty and transparency: always tell the truth, no matter what it is

  • Empathy and understanding: treat others the way you want to be treated

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
