Our client is looking for a Creative Production Manager (Part-Time) to support and streamline their creative workflows. They operate within the commercial real estate and marketing space and have strengthened their digital and creative capabilities in recent years through consistent brand and content development.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and understands how creative projects flow from concept to delivery. The position focuses heavily on coordinating production, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end flow of creative projects, from intake to final delivery
- Coordinate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment
- Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Organize and maintain systems for efficient job trafficking and workflow management
- Review incoming requests and assign tasks based on team capacity and deadlines
- Ensure quality control and consistency before delivering final assets to clients
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in creative production, project coordination, or job trafficking
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design collaboration tools
- Familiarity with email builders such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing structure
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar
- Background in marketing, creative operations, or project management
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and systems
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively solve workflow issues
