Job Description:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This role is critical to ensuring our creative team operates at its highest potential, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects that drive business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee project intake, resource planning, timelines, and workflow management across creative, marketing, brand, digital, product, and commercial teams.

  • Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.

  • Help implement scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and enable the creative team to deliver best-in-class work.

  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and workload balance.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, collaboration, and operational excellence within the creative organization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting in-house creative, marketing, brand, or agency teams.

  • Strong proficiency with Asana and/or similar project management platforms (Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to build and implement processes that improve team efficiency and project execution.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting global marketing or creative organizations.

  • Knowledge of creative production workflows across print, digital, social, video, and web.

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.

  • Experience with resource planning and creative capacity management.

  • Background in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related industries.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video conference, and through written communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 15 lbs. on an occasional basis.

This is a contract/contingent role. The pay rate for this engagement is $45.00 – $51.50 per hour. Compensation for this role is paid by an authorized third-party staffing agency, who will serve as the employer of record for this engagement. SkinHealth Systems compensation and benefits programs — including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off — do not apply to this role. Benefits eligibility, if any, is determined by the employer of record.
