This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative direction for a portfolio of ecommerce apparel brands. They operate within the digital commerce and performance marketing space and have consistently driven measurable growth for consumer brands through data-led creative strategies over recent years.

This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of performance data, culture, and creative thinking. The Creative Strategist will own creative strategy end-to-end, ensuring concepts stay fresh, relevant, and optimized for paid media performance, without direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Own the creative strategy for multiple ecommerce apparel brands managed internally.

  • Evaluate account performance to identify which creative angles, formats, and narratives are driving results.

  • Proactively research emerging trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and competitor creative approaches.

  • Translate insights into new creative concepts and structured testing ideas.

  • Create clear internal briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters to execute efficiently.

  • Partner closely with media buying and design teams to align creative output with testing roadmaps.

  • Review creative performance data regularly to iterate and improve future strategies.

  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and internal libraries for creative insights and learnings.



Requirements
  • Hands-on experience developing creative strategy for ecommerce brands.

  • Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms, especially Meta, TikTok, and Google.

  • Ability to convert performance metrics into actionable creative direction.

  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently without direct client communication.

Qualifications
  • Background in paid social creative strategy, preferably within apparel or fashion ecommerce.

  • Strong cultural awareness with a sharp eye for trends, visual storytelling, and messaging.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Strategic mindset with a performance-first approach to creative.
