This is a Creative Strategist role for Fat Earth Media, a creative performance marketing agency focusing on brands of purpose, within the Red Antler umbrella.
Are you ready to have real purpose at work, driving actual impact for brands that matter? Are you tired of political work environments where people do just enough to get the job done? Us too. Welcome to Fat Earth Media. We believe that we have the ability to affect global change, and that a positive attitude paired with an all-in mentality is the only way to work. We’re a fast-growing team of experts who truly care about what we do, and are on a constant quest to improve inside and out.

We are seeking a world-class Creative Strategist to join our team. They are a master of digital marketing and have experience in the advertising industry. • Align creative concepts with data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
    • Analyze and understand pertinent data points that inform the overall strategy and develop those into client facing insights
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
    • Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with performance metrics.
  • Market Research:

    • Use market insights to develop unique and competitive creative solutions.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Compensation:

  • Total Cash Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Healthcare

  • Unlimited PTO
