In this role, you will:
- Map & Align the Ecosystem: Map the creative technology ecosystem across agency teams including account/project management, creative, production, delivery, and channel teams; define handoffs, content models, and versioning to eliminate bottlenecks
- Evaluate, Pilot & Scale: Run proofs of concept and scale platforms (CMS, DAM, workflow, automation, AI) that improve speed, quality, and reuse
- Build the Capability Roadmap: Maintain a transparent, value-based roadmap aligned to campaign and business priorities
- Design AI & Automation Workflows: Implement templating, component libraries, and AI-assisted workflows; track impact (cycle time, throughput, rework, cost)
- Web & Content Delivery: Oversee builds for sites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive assets
- Standards, Accessibility & Governance: Establish coding standards, architecture, branching/version control, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, brand guardrails, and performance SLAs
- Content Systems & CMS: Evolve CMS and reusable models for omnichannel content and channel handoffs
- Toolchain Interoperability: Ensure tools work together seamlessly (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, ad platforms, analytics, CDP) to reduce duplication, confusion, and manual effort
- Change Management & Adoption: Create playbooks, training, and communications that drive adoption and new ways of working
- Vendor & Budget Management: Select and manage AI vendors and associated budgets
- Leadership: Coach and mentor, a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of developers
- 6+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, or Social Media experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience assessing creative technology needs and requirements on the agency side
- Experience leveraging automation, and AI to reduce workload and increase speed to market
- Experience translating creative strategy into scalable templates, components, and landing pages
- Experience rolling out training programs/playbooks to drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Experience with vendor selection/negotiation, budget management, and ROI measurement
- Experience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed teams
