Creator Partnerships Lead

What you’ll do:

• Work with our robust ecosystem of partners and agencies to scale creator marketing at Gamma. We already have a sophisticated creator marketing program with 150+ influencers going live every month for you to manage and scale.

• Identify and build relationships with creators who'd be a natural fit for Gamma from microinfluencers to A-list celebrities.

• Build long-term relationships with creators, including building community and hosting events

• Stay on top of creator trends and platform changes across TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Be chronically online.

Experience needed:

• 5+ years experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management

• Personal experience as a content creator (you've built an audience yourself and know what creators actually care about)

• Experience managing a multi-million dollar creator/partnership budget and tracking ROI and impact.

• A proven track record of landing innovative brand partnerships or celebrity collaborations

• Deep understanding of the creator economy—how creators make money, what platforms they're moving to, and what partnerships actually move the needle

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to structure deals that work for everyone

• Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, or management companies

• The ability to spot authentic partnership opportunities (and have the judgment for what to pass on_
