🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging workshops & webinars to educate creators on using Pop.Store effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor for creators — helping them grow revenue using the platform
- Drive feature adoption by translating product capabilities into actionable strategies
- Represent Pop.Store at industry events & creator meetups
- Manage relationships with key creators and conduct strategy calls
- Capture feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve the experience
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Community roles
- Strong communication & presentation skills (comfortable leading sessions)
- Experience with tools like Zoom, Loom, Canva, HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Passion for the creator economy / social media / digital business
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-first mindset
- Willingness to travel for events
