About the role

Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for a CRM Campaign Manager to support in shaping and delivering impactful campaigns for Workplace pension clients. In this role, you’ll develop actionable strategies and coordinate the detailed planning and progress of projects aimed at improving client engagement and value.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, drive project momentum, and support continuous improvement in how we respond to client needs.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Assisting the Head of CRM in developing and refining strategic plans based on client insights and business priorities for Workplace clients 

  • Supporting the design and management of project roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs. 

  • Preparing clear, concise reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate project goals, progress, and results. 

  • Collaborating with marketing, data, product, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. 

  • Monitoring project delivery, identify risks or blockers, and propose solutions to keep efforts on track. 

  • Contributing to test-and-learn frameworks and help analyse results to inform next steps. 

  • Being hands on in the creation of workflows and analysis to design and monitor new activity  

 

About you 

  • Previous experience in financial services and CRM, customer strategy, or transformation roles. 

  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives that improved client experience, retention, or revenue. 

  • Experience working with or managing CRM technology implementations or enhancements. 

  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in client data and communications. 

  • Experience of building and executing campaigns using the Braze CRM platform.   

  • Knowledge of data structures, customer data management, and integration with marketing, sales, and service platforms. 

  •  Able to analyse data and present findings in clear and concise manner.   

  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact. 

  • Ability to translate business goals into CRM activity & roadmaps. 

  • Good communication and influence skills 

  • Understanding of our clients lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement models. 

  • Experience aligning CRM initiatives with broader commercial and client strategies. 

 

Interview process 

 

The interview process for this role will be a two stage interview consisting of competency and technical questions, as well as a presentation. 

 

Working Schedule 

 

The CRM Campaign Manager role is a Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our office is based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. Hybrid working is available where only 3 days a week is required in the office.
