About the Role

Our north star is simple: serve the right customer with the right wine at the right time. As our CRM & Digital Content Specialist, you’ll help make that happen by executing email programs across the full customer lifecycle, coordinating promotional content on our website, and bringing AI tools into your daily workflow across all of it. You’ll work directly under the Head of CRM as a key contributor and thinking partner, with visible impact and real room to grow. Hybrid/Remote.


Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Execution & Support

• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional channels in Braze, using AI tools to accelerate template development, copy, and coding

• Support the weekly email calendar, coordinating with Merchandising and Content to ensure on-time delivery

• Build and maintain audience segments using Boolean logic, behavioral triggers, and purchase history to reach the right customer with the right wine at the right time

• Communicate campaign details to Customer Service and help troubleshoot customer-facing email issues

Website Content & Digital Merchandising

• Manage content updates across the wine.com site including homepage modules, landing pages, and promotional banners via Contentful platform

• Ensure email and web content stay aligned, with segmentation and personalization informing both channels

• QA site content regularly to catch errors and outdated copy before customers do

Reporting & Analytics

• Pull and synthesize campaign and site performance data using AI tools to identify trends and surface actionable patterns

• Work with Analytics to improve email and content tracking

• Maintain data hygiene and QA processes to support reporting integrity


Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital content coordination, or a related marketing operations role

• Hands-on experience with a CMS Contentful platform, or similar headless CMS preferred

• Experience working in an ESP Braze strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to build audience segments using Boolean logic across email and/or web platforms

• Basic HTML/CSS for email, or a strong ability and willingness to learn including using AI tools to assist with coding

• Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) across multiple work tasks content creation, analysis, coding, or automation not just occasional prompting

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills you’re comfortable coordinating with Creative, eCommerce, and CS without dropping the ball

• Strong attention to detail, catch errors before emails go out and before customers land on a broken page


Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Liquid Templating language or interest in learning it

• Experience with Braze Connected Content (API calls) or familiarity with API-driven personalization

• Familiarity with AI coding tools or light scripting to automate tasks or pull data

• Experience with Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics

• Comfort with A/B testing setup and methodology

Compensation Range

Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
