Are you a CRM leader who genuinely *loves* CRM? Someone who lives in the detail, thrives on solving hard problems, and gets a kick out of a challenge nobody else wants to touch?
We're looking for a CRM Director to own and drive our Northern Europe CRM Programme - a hands-on, strategic leader who can set the vision across multiple country programmes while staying close enough to the detail to make every campaign, journey, and data flow work brilliantly.
This is a pivotal, performance-led role focused on driving revenue through the CRM channel - sweating the customer database, uncovering every opportunity within it, and turning data into growth. You'll bring creativity, a can-do attitude, and real passion - and you'll build a high-performing team that shares it.
What You'll Do
  • Own the Northern Europe CRM Programme - Take full ownership of CRM strategy and delivery across multiple markets, balancing a consistent regional vision with the local nuance each country needs.
  • Revenue driving CRM Strategy - Develop and execute a roadmap that maximises revenue from the CRM channel, seeking out and unlocking every opportunity in the customer database - the right message to the right customer at the right time, in every country.
  • Automated Personalisation - Lead the automation of cross-channel messaging across email, SMS, push, and on-site personalisation to create seamless, relevant experiences at scale.
  • Mentor & Grow the Team - Lead, coach, and develop a team of CRM Executives, upskilling them, setting high standards, and building a genuinely data-driven, high-performing culture.
  • Multi-Market Delivery - Coordinate and align CRM programmes across countries, sharing best practice, driving consistency where it matters, and localising where it counts.
  • Data-Led, Revenue-Focused Decision Making - Define the CRM performance and revenue metrics that matter, interrogate the database to spot untapped opportunities, and turn insight into measurable commercial results.
  • CDP & Tech Innovation - Be the internal expert on Bloomreach, embedding best practice in segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Data, and Digital teams to align CRM with wider business objectives and keep everything customer-first.

What You'll Have:
  • A genuine passion for CRM - You love this discipline, stay on top of what's new, and bring energy and creativity to everything you build.
  • Experienced CRM Leader - Proven track record in a senior CRM role, ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first or e-commerce environment, managing programmes across multiple markets.
  • Detail-Oriented & Creative - Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling your sleeves up in the detail, with the creativity to make campaigns stand out.
  • A Problem Solver with a Can-Do Attitude - You see obstacles as puzzles to crack, and you love the challenge of getting things done.
  • Bloomreach Expertise - Extensive hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or a similar CDP, and a deep understanding of how to maximise its potential.
  • CDP & Data-Driven Approach - Strong background in Customer Data Platforms, data analysis, segmentation, and customer insight.
  • Marketing Automation Specialist - Expertise in automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaign optimisation.
  • Omni-Channel CRM Knowledge - Experience delivering cross-channel CRM strategies integrating email, SMS, push, and paid channels for maximum impact.
  • Performance & Revenue Focus - A commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through CRM, spotting opportunities in the customer database, and treating CRM as a growth channel.
  • Analytical Mindset - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to extract insight and inform decisions.
  • Strong Communicator & Leader - Able to influence stakeholders, present insight persuasively, and mentor a team to CRM excellence across markets.

Why Join Us?
  • High-Impact, Regional Role- Lead a strategic transformation and own the CRM programme for an entire region.
  • Drive Real Commercial Impact - Own CRM as a revenue channel and unlock the full value of the customer database across multiple markets.
  • Build & Lead a Team - Mentor and develop a talented team of CRM Executives and help them excel.
  • Work with Cutting-Edge Technology - Own and optimise Bloomreach (Exponea) to its fullest potential.
  • Fast-Paced & Collaborative Environment - Work alongside talented people in a business that values innovation, data-driven decisions, and customer-centric thinking.
