We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm based in Newport Beach seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning traffic into qualified leads, leveraging performance data, user experience testing, and optimization tactics to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRO initiatives across digital channels.
  • Continuously build, test and optimize landing pages, form flows, and CTAs using A/B and multivariate testing platforms.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement UX/UI enhancements that improve conversion funnels.
  • Analyze user behavior and site performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Google Tag Manager to uncover conversion barriers.
  • Enhance paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Bing, YouTube) with a focus on improving conversion metrics such as bounce rate, CTR, and CVR.
  • Help implement and refine SEO strategies that contribute to both traffic growth and conversion quality.
  • Monitor and report on CRO performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with intake teams to ensure a seamless lead journey and align campaign messaging with high-converting lead profiles.
  • Stay current with CRO best practices, legal marketing compliance, and the latest trends in digital user behavior.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Proven success in increasing conversions through landing page testing, UX improvements, and targeted ad campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and CRO tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, Optimize, VWO, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and CRM platforms (Wordpress, Unbounce, HubSpot, Salesforce, Lawmatics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of legal advertising channels, local SEO, and ethical compliance standards is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple experiments and projects simultaneously under deadline.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
