About The Role

The Cruise Coordinator supports the growth of Fora’s cruise category by coordinating marketing execution, partner collaboration, supporting Cruise Desk and internal resource management. This role focuses on ensuring cruise marketing campaigns are executed smoothly, partner assets and information are accurate and accessible, and advisors are equipped with compelling, up to date cruise content as well as general administrative workflows that keep cruise operations moving efficiently. As cruise becomes an increasingly strategic area for the business, this role helps bring consistency, organization, and momentum to how cruise is marketed and communicated across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research cruise itineraries, pricing, and availability to support advisor recommendations
  • Prepare and share curated sailing options with advisors
  • Assist with cruise reservations, ensuring accuracy of bookings, payments, and documentation
  • Track key deadlines including deposits, final payments, and hold expirations
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and partner materials
  • Support day-to-day cruise marketing initiatives across advisor-facing channels
  • Gather, manage, and update cruise partner assets, resources, and internal documentation
  • Assist with execution of cruise campaigns, trainings, webinars, and partner events
  • Coordinate with advisors, cruise partners, and internal teams to ensure timely communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve cruise workflows, tools, and processes as the business scales
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, travel, hospitality, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience supporting marketing or communications efforts such as email campaigns, social content, newsletters, or asset coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, assets, and documentation
  • Excellent written communication skills for emails, partner correspondence, and marketing support
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently, keep projects moving, and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and based in NYC or willing to relocate
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars, or trainings
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $60K–$80K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
