Title: Crystal Reports Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 1 - 3 years contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Crystal Reports in a TRIRIGA 10 system
- Create and enhance ad-hoc Queries in a TRIRGA 10 system.
- Performance tune Crystal Reports and TRIRIGA 10 ad-hoc queries
- Identify bottlenecks for system performance in a TRIRIGA 10 system including analyzing AWR reports, application log files, and system utilization statistics.
- Write SQL for segment shrinks, new indexes, updating instance data, and selecting data from a TRIRIGA 10 system
- Provide knowledge sharing to IT technical staff in the administration and maintenance of the SAP Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, and BIRT.
- Perform system administration and support of Business Objects Enterprise.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports.
Required Skills:
- Experience (5+ years) with Crystal Reports development
- Ability to performance tune Crystal Reports to run faster
- Ability to write SQL Selects, Inserts, Updates, and Deletes
- Experience identifying the root cause of system performance issues
- Experience writing Segment Shrinking SQL scripts
- Experience with adding database table indices using SQL
- Write technical documentation for the work that you have completed
- Experience with Business Objects Enterprise administration and support
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a facility management, lease contract administration, and/or real estate administration business group
- Experience writing reports in BIRT
- Experience writing ad-hoc queries in TRIRIGA 10
- Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials
- Experience working with a hosting vendor
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses
