Support Veterans with High-Quality CT Imaging

Emerging Tech is hiring an experienced CT Technologist to support imaging services at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. In this role, you’ll work alongside VA Radiologists and clinical teams to provide accurate, timely CT exams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform CT scans following VA protocols and safety standards.

Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring comfort and accuracy.

Operate CT equipment and administer contrast as needed.

Review images for quality before Radiologist interpretation.

Document exams and technical details in the VA EHR and PACS.

Follow radiation safety, infection control, and CT-specific guidelines.

Support emergency imaging, high-volume periods, and on-call coverage as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.

Active, unrestricted California license.

3+ years of CT experience in a hospital or medical center.

Comfortable working with PACS, EMR systems, and CT protocols.

Able to meet all VA credentialing and onboarding requirements.

Emerging Tech provides healthcare staffing support to VA and government facilities nationwide, helping deliver high-quality care to those who’ve served.

Compensation Range: $55.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and VA approval
