Team Overview

As the customer Engagement Senior Analyst you will ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams from a delivery standpoint. You will partner with sales on new/existing customer opportunities, advise on product capabilities and set up process and provide final solution recommendation. You will also communicate between production and customers and ensure program dates and deliverables are met. In this role you will report to the Manager, Customer Engagement. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the full system lifecycle including client and sales engagement, requirements gathering, review the fulfillment of the solution, & coordinate resources for fulfillment
  • The associate is needed for successful analysis of customer business requirements by assisting the technical team with developing an end to end processing solution that includes design, setup, test, delivery and documentation. 
  • Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output, based on requirements from the customer, which also includes direct customer communication to audit the results. 
  • Analyze and interpret how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts

  • Explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry

  • Familiarity working with data

  • Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry is preferred.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
