Job Description

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the installation schedule. 

This position reports to the Install Design Supervisor and will be based out of your work from Carlsbad, CA.

As the Install Design Customer Experience Associate, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Schedule and Manage installation opportunities with installers for upcoming installs.
  • Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life cycle, ensures timely customer follow-up and resolves open questions.
  • Ensure that the schedule is maximized in order to meet and exceed daily numbers.
  • Keep track of installation progress in Monday.com.
  • Make any necessary schedule adjustments to ensure all work is completed timely, thoroughly and to the customer’s satisfaction. 
  • Approve contractor bids and invoices and track any additional expenses incurred.
  • Review current lead times on both in-house and drop ship components to ensure accurate installation date.
  • Communicating with sales rep/sales support any corrections that need to be made to the installation schedule.
  • Research travel options for all jobs prior to bidding to ensure contractor bids reflect the true costs so the manager can effectively negotiate bids. 
  • Maintain all the certifications and paperwork for new and ongoing subcontractors on their Monday.com boards.
  • Notate and submit invoicing for site survey orders and drop ship installs that do not have components listed.

You have:

  • Highschool Diploma
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Detailed Oriented

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.75

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
