At Suterra, we don’t just process orders — we deliver confidence to our commercial agriculture and pest management customers. As a global leader in sustainable, science-based pest management solutions, our reputation is built on precision, reliability, and disciplined execution. Behind every shipment and every customer interaction is a team that values accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate who takes pride in getting the details right, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to build a long-term career, not just hold a job. If you’re someone who notices what others miss, follows through without being asked twice, and believes great service is built on professionalism and precision, keep reading.

    Job Description

    What You’ll Do

You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, accurate, and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Processing customer orders with accuracy and urgency
    • Coordinating shipping, tracking, returns, and rebates
    • Managing shared inboxes and handling inbound and outbound calls
    • Processing credit card transactions responsibly
    • Maintaining accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM
    • Partnering closely with Grower Relations, Technical, and Field teams
    • Building strong relationships with distributor representatives and logistics partners
    • Following established processes that ensure consistency and excellence

This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is based in our Fresno office.

    Qualifications

    Who You Are

You may be an excellent fit if you:

    • Have exceptional attention to detail and catch errors others overlook
    • Take ownership of your work and follow through without reminders
    • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
    • Enjoy structured processes and understand why they matter
    • Remain calm and productive when priorities shift
    • Handle multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy
    • Value accountability, teamwork, and high standards

    Required:

    • High School diploma
    • Experience in an office-based customer service role
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

    Preferred:

    • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
    • Exposure to agriculture or commercial operations

    Why This Role Is Different

This is not a transactional customer service position.

You will gain exposure to how commercial operations truly function — from logistics to cross-functional coordination to process integrity. You will work alongside professionals who care deeply about doing things the right way.

We value reliability, initiative, and disciplined execution. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance and commitment are given opportunities to expand their responsibilities and grow within the organization.

    Schedule

    We are considering both:

    Part-Time: Approximately 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
    Full-Time: Approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please include a brief cover letter with your application indicating whether you are interested in full-time or part-time employment.

    Additional Information

    Why Suterra?

    • High-impact role with direct influence on customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and operational excellence
    • Opportunity to develop deep cross-functional exposure across commercial, logistics, and field operations
    • Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that values accountability, precision, and professional growth
    • Work alongside a committed, in-office team in Fresno, Oregon

If you’re looking for a role where your work matters, your judgment is valued, and your effort directly contributes to growth, we’d love to hear from you.
