The Associate Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and will rotate between three positions (Customer Experience Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales and Service Manager). The Associate Manager will partner with the Store Manager in driving a memorable customer experience through leadership, communication, integrity and passion for the brand. He/she will directly manage associates. He/she provides associates ongoing training. He/she also develops associates and provides positive and constructive feedback, as well as appropriate coaching and counseling. This person will motivate and inspire associates. The Associate Manager will also play a Sales Leader role and proactively engage with customers to exceed their needs and work to generate revenue by driving a sales culture.
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
