You’ll be responsible for setting appointments, confirming showroom traffic, and supporting the sales team in hitting daily and monthly targets.What You’ll Do• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads and opportunities
• Send 60+ emails and 60+ texts per day
• Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
• Ensure 100% follow-up on all sold customers
• Log all activity in CRM accurately and consistently
• Work directly with sales managers to drive appointment show rates
• Maintain daily checklist and accountability to performance metrics
• Participate in weekly training and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For• Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
• High energy, competitive mindset, and accountability
• CRM or call center experience preferred
• Ability to handle high volume activity daily
• Team-oriented with a drive to win
• Retail, hospitality, or sales background is a plusPay & Perks• $18/hour (Target base ~$3,000/month)
• Commission plan based on appointments shown and units sold
• Earning potential: $60K–$80K+
